Urgent Assistance Required – Publisher Pro License Issue

Dear AppSheet Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am reaching out to request urgent assistance regarding an issue with my AppSheet account. My applications appear to have been restricted due to a licensing concern, and I am receiving a notification stating that my license usage exceeds the number of purchased licenses.

However, upon reviewing my account, I can see that all of my applications indicate that the required plan is AppSheet Publisher Pro, and I am already subscribed to the Publisher Pro plan.

The message displayed on my account states:

β€œ30-day license usage (7) exceeds purchased licenses (1).”

I am confused about this notification and would appreciate clarification on the following:

  1. Why is my account being restricted despite having an active Publisher Pro subscription?

  2. Is there an issue with my current license allocation or billing configuration?

  3. What actions are required to restore full access to my applications?

  4. Do I need additional licenses even though I am using the Publisher Pro plan?

These applications are actively being used for business operations, and the interruption is affecting our reporting activities. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance in reviewing and resolving this matter as soon as possible.

To create a support ticket, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Appsheet help

  2. Scroll down to the bottom, you will find a box with the following text

  3. At this point you will be redirected to a three steps process in which users will possibly find answers to the query they have. Click Next

  4. Click Next Step

  5. Specify your preferred language and either click on Chat or e-mail
