Account Blocked – Need Urgent Assistance

A few months ago, we mistakenly shared one of our developed apps with 11 users. As soon as we noticed, we removed the extra users immediately. However, now my AppSheet account has been blocked, and none of my apps are working.

This issue is heavily affecting our processes because we have many critical apps developed on this account. I kindly request you to review my case on priority and help me restore access to my account at the earliest.

My client experienced this and purchased an additional license since appsheet will record logins for up to 30 days. It seems you’ll most likely need to wait those 30 days before being unblocked or buy an additional license.

Your reply matters alot Sir,I tried contacting support team but I cant see contact us option in the appsheet app previously i use to coordinate with the team and my issue use to get resolved within 2 minutes but now we are facing this critical issue and all are application are stopped functioning kinly look after my issue and please restore my account. rephrase content
