Hello, my app ‘Sistema Integrado Reposteria’ is currently blocked. I have purchased 1 Core License, but the system still counts 5 test users from the 30-day history. My ‘Share’ list is now correctly set to only 1 user. Please reset my usage counter. I will provide my Account ID privately if needed.

Could you please escalate this ticket internally for Account ID (PII Removed by Staff)? My app is blocked due to a 30-day usage history error that I cannot reset myself.
