My free app remains blocked even after reducing users

Hi,
My app was blocked even though I carefully stayed under the 10-user limit this month.
I monitored the user activity to make sure I didn’t exceed the free plan usage.
However, the app is still showing as blocked, and there’s no option to request reactivation.

Hello @Carfila_Ventas,

Welcome to the community! The 10-user limit allows you, as an App Creator, to share a prototype.

However, a violation can still occur even if you share with 10 or fewer users if the license expired or the app is under-licensed.

The best course of action would be to contact support so that they can review your license and determine what the next steps are.

Saludos!

@Jose_Arteaga, the poster noted this was a free app. How does the app creator of a free app contact Support for help, given that app creators with a free license aren’t entitled to support?

Hi @Carfila_Ventas

real limit is: 10-users under 30-rolling days.

Let’s say you have 10 users now (who opened the app), stop sharing with one, then sharing to one different from the 10 previous.

==> You will be counted as a 11-users.

One workaround can be to copy the app and share the new one instead (which will be with a whole new counter).

Exactly. How can I contact someone in support if I don’t even have that option? The link with the support questions isn’t working for me; the solution isn’t there. I need someone to review my case and explain what happened.

The solution of duplicating the app doesn’t work; the copy also blocks automatically. As far as I remember, I haven’t exceeded 10 users recently; I always controlled it from the monitor.
