I just tried the support page and it is working fine, could you send a screenshot of the error you are getting while trying to reach out to the support team?
Thanks for the screenshot, have you scrolled down to the bottom? As @WillowMobileSys states, you need to go to the Contact Us link at the bottom… or you can just click here
I’m puzzled about why you can’t get support even though you have a paid account. Might it be that you were viewing the page while logged into a different account?
Actually, I’m on a free account and wasn’t aware until today that support for folks like me had been removed.
It appears that direct support (chat and email) is now only available to users with paid AppSheet subscriptions. If you look at the help page “Get help with your free account,” it says “To access AppSheet Support, you’ll need to purchase a subscription.”
I have gotten a lot of help from Support over the years, despite being on a free account. Can anyone out there confirm that it has indeed gone away for folks on free accounts and, if so, tell us when this happened?
Interestingly, my last support ticket (which is unresolved) was last modified less than a year ago. I’m unable to click on it to see any more detail – something that I’m pretty sure I used to be able to do. (I’m on a free account.)
My email records indicate that I last communicated with AppSheet folks about this about 8 months ago, as the “Last updated” note indicates. I guess support for people on free accounts was removed after that. Funny, though, that it doesn’t seem to have been announced.
Thank you for the clarification! Things always happen for a reason and I believe this is the perfect time to upgrade to a Core or Enterprise License.
Moving to a paid plan does more than just recover your app—it unlocks the full power of AppSheet. You’ll get advanced automation, robust security, and the peace of mind that your project is production-ready.
I’d love to see you continue building and growing with this lovely community.
