Deleted App & Support Page Error

Hello,

I urgently need assistance recovering an accidentally deleted app. I am posting here because standard support channels are failing for my account.

Here is the situation:

  1. The Accident: I deleted an app by mistake today.
  2. The Technical Error: When I try to use the “Contact Support” form (or use AppSheet Help ), I am redirected to a “Google Workspace Admin Help” page that says: “Sorry, this page can’t be found”.
  3. The Loop: I tried sending an email directly to support, but I received an automated response directing me back to the same support link that is broken for me.

I am stuck in a loop and cannot submit a ticket.

Could a staff member please assist me in restoring this app?

Welcome to the AppSheet Community! Please note that you can restore a deleted app up to 32 days after it was deleted by contacting AppSheet Support.

It is important to mention that AppSheet support is not available for free accounts. If you have a license then please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Appsheet help

  2. Scroll down to the bottom, you will find a box with the following text

    Need more help?

    Try these next steps:

    Contact us
    Tell us more and we’ll help you get there

  3. At this point you will be redirected to a three steps process in which users will possibly find answers to the query they have. Click Next

  4. Click Next Step

  5. Specify your preferred language and either click on Chat or e-mail

Hi, thank you for your reply.

For each of the links you sent to contact them, I am taken to a page that says “Sorry, this page can’t be found”, as shown in the attached screenshot.

I don’t understand why this is happening, as I am using a licensed Google account (Google Workspace Business Standard).
Perhaps the license I have is not the correct one?

I have validated and your account is active so you should be able to go to the support pages with no problems.

Could you Clear Cache and Cookies and try again?

I tried clearing the cache and cookies, I even tried another browser and another PC, but it keeps sending me to the same place.

That is very strange! I just tried this URL and I am able to get to the support page: AppSheet Help
