I delete one of my main apps accidentally

Hi, first i want to say sorry for my bad english but i have an emergency. I was deleting some apps that i didnt use but accidentally i delete one of my main apps, i was searching a way to restore the app but i didnt find anything, i have an option? i need to pay something to restore the app? Help me pls :frowning:

mi id account is (PII Removed by Staff) and the name of the app is Revisión médica and was deleted today around 06:30-7:00 p.m.**

You must have a paid license for your app. Only paying customers get support.

i have a core license, but i think its not enough, what kind of license i have to pay?

i think i cant see te same as you because my core license is not enough to ask for help

Is it a paid licence ?

If so, you should see it. Otherwise I’m afraid it’s normal since AppSheet changed its policya few weeks ago.

You can see your plan in the page linked to your AppSheet profile (My Account)

Hello again,

I got confirmation you should be able to see the the “Contact us” icon in the Appsheet help page (scroll to the bottom of the page).

Once you reach out to the third step on the “Contact us” page listed below, you will be given the option to “Chat” or “Email” support.

Step 1: What can we help with?
Step 2: Resources
Step 3: Contact Options
