Hi everyone,
My free account is blocked with a “plan update needed” error. I had one prototype app that accidentally went over the 10-user limit, but I have already deleted that app. All of my other apps are strictly in Prototype mode and have fewer than 10 users.
I believe the 30-day rolling user window is keeping my account blocked because it is still counting the users from the app I already deleted.
Could a staff member please help me clear this block so I can continue testing my remaining apps? I have already enabled “Allow AppSheet staff to access my apps” in my settings.
