Account blocked due to user limit, but users have been removed

Hello AppSheet Support Team,

My AppSheet account (which is linked to this forum profile) has been blocked. I believe this happened because one of my apps accidentally exceeded the 10-user limit for the free plan.

I have already corrected this issue by removing the extra users, and my account should now be back in compliance with the free plan policy.

Could you please review my account and lift the block?

Removing those extra users from the app doesn’t fix the issue as the usage is already saved in the logs. As the logs keep data from the last 30 days, it will take that 30 days before the issue is fixed. One way to fix this is: take a copy of that app and then delete the original one. This new app then doesn’t have any users in the usage history.
