Urgent: All apps blocked due to accidental prototype user spike

Dear AppSheet Support Team,

I am writing to request the unblocking of my account and applications.

Recently, one of my prototype applications experienced a temporary spike in users, exceeding the 10-user limit for a single day. This was entirely accidental and not a permanent change in usage.

I have already addressed the issue, and currently, all my prototype applications are strictly within the 10-user limit. However, all my apps remain blocked, which is halting my development process.

Could you please review my account and restore access to my applications? I am committed to maintaining my usage within the terms of the prototype plan moving forward.
