Hello,
I’m looking for help recovering access to an important Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) report that was created about a year ago.
The situation is quite unusual:

The report was created approximately one year ago.

My client was the owner of the report and previously had full access to it.

Today, neither my client nor I can access the report anymore.

The report does not appear in the Trash.

We still have the original URL of the report, but when we try to open it, we are asked to request access.

We have submitted access requests several times, but neither my client nor anyone else receives these requests, even though my client was originally the owner.

As far as we know, the report has not been intentionally deleted or transferred to another account.
This report contains important historical data and configurations, so recovering it is very important for us.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
Is there any way to:

identify the current owner of the report,
-
understand why the original owner has lost access,
-
recover or restore ownership,
-
or contact Google support to investigate what happened to the report?
We still have the report URL and can provide any additional information needed to identify it.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
