A report disappeared today

Hello,

we worked on Looker Report and today upon trying to open it, it is gone.

I got error - Can’t access report. However it was accessible by Friday. We can’t even see the history where it goes. It is not in the thrash so something weird happened and only to this report.

Is there a way to open a request for Support from the owner of this dashboard. We are concerning that similar could happen to the other dashboard and we don’t have any control, logs, history to investigate.

I have the same problem here

Well here something weird happened. First I didn’t have access to my own report. After the comment yesterday, I have checked the report and noticed that it is available and out of nothing it was Unlisted, which we never do. It would be great in Looker Studio a feature to revise history with sharing settings and ownership changes. Currently this is not available.

Now I have to revise all my dashboards 100+ to check sharing options,

We are facing same problem at the moment, one of our reports have disappeared which was accessable last week. Everyone who had access, don’t have it now. Have you found any solution for this from Support or other ways?

We are investigating if it is because one of ex employee’s Google Accounts was deleted but our IT revived that account but that did not fix the problem.

But why has our access been removed?

I have the same problem, until Friday the report worked, now it’s gone… Any solution?
