Request to unblock my app - Accidental user overage during testing

Hello AppSheet Support Team,

My app is currently blocked with the error stating that a plan update is needed.

I would like to kindly request an unblock, as this was a temporary and accidental overage during our app testing phase. While deployed on the free plan,

we shared the app link for user feedback and internal testing.

Since the link allowed anyone with a Google account to log in, a few team members accidentally logged in using multiple accounts (such as mixing their personal and work emails). As a result, 10 actual individuals temporarily registered a total of 12 accounts in the system,

briefly exceeding the 10-user limit. I have now strictly audited the user access and confirmed that those extra 2 accounts are no longer using or accessing the app. We are strictly maintaining 10 or fewer active users now. This was a brief, accidental overage during user onboarding and configuration,

not an egregious or intentional violation. Could you please help unblock my app so we can continue our work?
