Hi AppSheet Support Team,
At 9 June 2026 I received a “Time to Deploy” warning email saying that some of my prototype-stage apps have more than 10 users, and that all apps/users in my account could be impacted or blocked after 3 days.
I notice this immediately and delete old user email so my account still in 10 user limit, it was fine until today 17 June 2026, all my prototype app is blocked and it show i still got 11 user, i have already tried checking my users list (even try make it to 8) and I do not expect this deleted email to still count against my prototype user limit.
Could you please review my account and check why this old deleted user is still being counted?
Please help me remove the incorrect user from the count or confirm what action I need to take to bring the account back, so i can use the prototype app again.
