Prototype app user count issue — old deleted user still counted, risk of account block

Hi AppSheet Support Team,

Today I received a “Time to Deploy” warning email saying that some of my prototype-stage apps have more than 10 users, and that all apps/users in my account could be impacted or blocked after 3 days.

The issue is that my account should be within the free prototype limit. I had 10 users, but suddenly an old email/user appeared in the user count again, even though I had deleted this user a long time ago. This made the count become 11 users.

I need help urgently because I cannot risk having my account blocked or all my apps stopped.

Could you please review my account and check why this old deleted user is still being counted?

My AppSheet user/account ID shown in the email is: (PII Removed by Staff)

I have already tried checking my users list, and I do not expect this deleted email to still count against my prototype user limit.

Please help me remove the incorrect user from the count or confirm what action I need to take to bring the account back into compliance before the deadline.

Hello @Steve, thank you so much for the follow up.

We are closing the loop on this as we have implemented a temporary workaround and @Islam1 can safely ignore the warnings.
