Hi AppSheet Community,
I am writing as a follow-up to a previous case that was resolved a few weeks ago (my prior post was marked as solved after a manual workaround was applied to my account by a staff member).
Unfortunately, I am now facing the same issue again, and I want to clarify that this time I did NOT add any new users — the problem appears to be that deleted users are still being counted by the system.
-– CURRENT SITUATION —
I have received the following warning email:
“Plan upgrade needed: Some prototype-stage apps have significant user activity (more than 10 users): RegistrodeLaboresDiarias. All apps and app users in your account could be impacted or blocked after a period of 3 days.”
My account is currently showing 11 monthly users, but when I check the actual user list inside the app, I only have 8 active users listed. The 3 extra users that are pushing the count above 10 were deleted from all my apps after the previous workaround was applied. I did not re-add them.
-– WHAT I BELIEVE IS HAPPENING —
The system appears to still be counting previously deleted users (specifically 3 users that were removed after the last reset) within the current monthly cycle. These users have no active access to any of my apps, yet they continue to appear in the usage count.
The 3 deleted users that are still being counted are known to me and I can share their details privately if needed by the support team.
-– WHAT I AM REQUESTING —
- Please verify that these 3 users are no longer active in any of my apps and refresh/reset the user count accordingly.
- Please prevent my account from being blocked, as the 3-day countdown has already started.
I want to be transparent: I understand the limitations of the free prototype plan and I am genuinely trying to stay within the 10-user limit. This situation is not caused by me adding new users, but by a system count that does not reflect the actual current state of my user list.
Thank you very much for your support.
Best regards,
Daniel Yarce
