I am reaching out regarding an alert I received about my prototype app exceeding the 10-user limit: (PII Removed by Staff).
I want to clarify what happened: during the month of April, two of my collaborators had to switch from their old Gmail accounts to new ones. This caused AppSheet to count 11 unique users for the month, even though at no point did I have more than 10 active users simultaneously.
Currently, my app has exactly 10 registered users in the Security > Manage Users section, which complies with the prototype-stage limit. The extra user count is solely a result of the temporary account migration and will not happen again.
I have not exceeded the limit intentionally and I would really appreciate if this could be reviewed and resolved before my app gets blocked, as my team relies on it for daily work.
