10 User limite alert

Hello,

I am getting this alert on my prototype app.Some prototype-stage apps have significant user activity (more than 10 users).From what I can see in the App info, there are 13 users who currently have access to the app. However, I have already removed the extra users who exceeded the allowed limit.

Is there anything else I need to do to prevent the app from being blocked or a manual way to reset users count

Immediate Attention Requested: All apps and app users in your account could be impacted or blocked after a period of 3 days.

In the prototype stage, your apps are allowed up to 10 users. To continue using your app, jump back into the editor to run a deployment check.

Something is not right here is my app users usage for the month @Jose_Arteaga

The user limit is counted against users that actually use the app, not the number of currently-authorized users. So, even if you reduce the number of users allowed to use the app, if more than 10 different users have used the app within the past 30 days, you’ll have exceeded the limit. There’s nothing I can do to help (except explain); this is something @Jose_Arteaga , @Shourya_Tomar , or Support will have to help with.
