Request to reset user records for Prototype App (Blocked by mistake)

Hello AppSheet Support Team,

My prototype app has been blocked because it shows 16 users, exceeding the 10-user limit. However, this is due to old testing records.

Currently, we only use 7 accounts:

  • 1 Admin account (PII Removed by Staff)

  • 6 Shared accounts for testing (PII Removed by Staff)

The other 9 emails on the list are from team members who briefly logged in during the initial testing phase and will no longer use the app.

Could you please clear the 30-day user log or unblock the app so we can continue testing with our valid 7 accounts?

Hello @해, I have escalated it to the engineering team and the issue is under investigation. We should have a resolution to this very soon. I will keep you posted.
