[NGO Workspace] unable to log into the admin console and activate products

Hi!

We’ve recently followed the steps to activate Google for Nonprofits and everything was smooth.
But now, after the validation of our domain, it’s impossible to log into the admin console. Basically we’re unable to use any of the products because the login does not work.

I’ve tried everything, 3 different browsers, incognito, log out and log in again, I’ve followed the steps from the community guidelines, but at this point it is impossible to log into anything and we just need this to get our NGO back on track.

I have the same issue described here ( I am unable to log into the admin console for my Google for Nonprofit's account - Google for Nonprofits Community ) and nothing from the answer helped.

We would really appreciate some human intervention here, as we’re currently completely stuck and it’s getting frustrating. And honestly, if nothing works, I’d need some guidelines on how to remove all of our data from here.

I did follow all the recommended steps, but I am still unable to access the admin console.

I have a similar problem. My domain IS connected, but will not recognise my password and cannot complete workspace set up. Basically locked out..

Im not part of an NGO Workspace still cannot access admin console but other Google apps yes, then whats is happening? Thanks!

I am having the same problem. We need support - I cannot login to Google Workspace to activate these products, despite going through all the steps to authenticate our org as a Google for Non-Profit.

Just an fyi (no, not answering your questions but since it is about Google Nonprofits):

There is a huge backlog of Google for Nonprofits requests right now to that support team (so account recovery, adding a second domain, activating products, etc) so for anyone who has utilized Contact Google for Nonprofits Support - Google for Nonprofits Help or Contact Us - Google for Nonprofits Help , it will take weeks/potentially months for that team to get back to you.

Have you been able to find a solution? I’m having the same problem - I get to the admin login page to select my account, I select it, and nothing happens.

I and the original admin are having the same exact issue. Still cannot get into our google for nonprofit account. It’s been months. Any progress with this?

It is now the summer of 2026 and the same issue is there. I went the google for nonprofits community and I saw very similar posts going back to 2023. When I clicked on the user to ask if there problem was resolved that users was non longer active. The ongoing advice in the Nonprofit community from the experts is to “wait” 3 years seems like a long time to wait. By the way Gemini itself told me the solution was to decouple my domain name from the Google for nonprofits workspace. I did that and now I get a notification that they are having problenms with my domain name. Catch-22. I guess should also wait??? any insights?

I have seen this in the Google for nonprofits community going back to 2023? Did you ever get it activated.
