Cnnot login to my admin account

Dear Google Workspace Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue accessing the Admin Console for my Google Workspace account. I am the owner (or administrator) of the account that was used to register for the Workspace subscription.

Whenever I try to log in to the Admin Console (https://admin.google.com), the page loads but does not proceed further — I stay stuck on the same screen, and nothing happens.

Due to this, I am also unable to cancel my Google Workspace subscription or delete my organizational account. I’ve tried clearing cache, using incognito mode, different browsers, and even different devices — but the issue persists.

Please help me with the following:

  1. Restore access to the Admin Console
  2. Cancel my current Google Workspace subscription
  3. Delete the organizational account if needed

Here is some information to help identify my account:

  • Admin email address:

  • Organization/domain name: rost.tj

  • Approximate date of Workspace registration: 2-3 weeks ago

This is a community site of people who run Google Workspace for their organizations around the globe. There isn’t anyone here who can directly help, but I think I see one issue that might be blocking you:

The admin login for a Google workspace instance is always an address within that domain. So in your case it’d probably be something like googleadmin@rost.tj. It’s definitely not a Gmail address.

If you dont remember the account or password, check out all the various options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.

There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.

I have 1 NFP I setup last month with a @gmail for an authenticated domain, but now when I click to select the account nothing happens either. I’m setting up another with a different @gmail.com account and was just made an admin by the other person and it won’t let me login to the admin console with that one either. I submitted this info on the Contact Google for Nonprofits Support - Google for Nonprofits Help form, so I guess it’s just a waiting game now. So frustrating that you can’t get any support!
