I signed up a new company with G Workspace. I am the primary Admin and can log in to all Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.) without issue.
However, when I try to access the Admin Console, the page loads indefinitely and displays "There was an error. Please try again”.
I have tried multiple times and from different devices and browsers, but the issue persists.

I am the Super Admin on this account.

This is a brand-new Workspace setup.

Issue occurs on Chrome and Safari, even with cache/cookies cleared.

Tested on desktop and mobile, same result.
Since I cannot access the AdminConsole, I also cannot submit a support ticket . Please advise on how I can contact Google Workspace Support, or assist in resolving the issue.

The only thought I have is seeing if you can do Recovery .
Unfortunately not aware of any direct support for workspace other then the one inside of workspace admin console (unless you have Google for Nonprofits then they have a specific form one can utilize even when they don’t have access to the admin console).

We are a Nonprofit Organization and we are with the same problem. We obtain an Account for Google Workspace for Nonprofit in last days and we cannot login in Admin Console for Google Workspace. Where can we find this form to submit the request?
