Looker Studio

We are also experiencing this issue.

why dont you type in english? or use some kind of translator… that way we can take a look and understand what is going on FASTER!

We use a data control in Looker Studio to switch between multiple accounts and view reports.

The issue we are currently experiencing is as follows:

In the report view, the values for the selected GA4 account are displayed correctly.

However, when we download the report as a PDF, only the GA4 data is exported using the default account set in the data source.

This is not limited to specific metrics. All GA4 values revert to those of the default data source account.

As evidence, Search Console data behaves normally. Both the on-screen display and the PDF output correctly reflect the selected account.

This issue started suddenly yesterday.

Until the middle of this month, everything was working normally.

No matter which GA4 account we select, the values display correctly on screen, but when we download the report, they revert to the default data source account.

We also tried restoring a previous version of the report, but the issue did not improve.

We would also appreciate any insights into the possible cause of this issue, where only GA4 reverts to the default data source during PDF export, as well as any possible workarounds.

We are still experiencing this issue.

It’s made our reporting very difficult, as we export dozens of reports using different data sources from a single Looker report.

I’m having the same issue as well.
Since there doesn’t seem to be a direct way to contact support, I’ve been struggling to report this problem.
I also asked the same question in the Analytics Help Community, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to get any helpful information there either.
I understand that Googlers are active in this community, so I’m hoping this reaches someone who can investigate it.

It’s really frustrating that there’s no direct way to contact support  .

Hopefully someone with some expertise see’s this and can help us out!
