Google for startups - no response - urgent

Hi,

We applied in the Google for Startups program 10 days ago and havent heard back from the startups team. I have sent top up emails multiple times but no one cares to respond.

Our workspace trail is coming to an end tomorrow, and we will have to delete our accounts and data to make sure that we are eligible for the 1 year free trail if and when the team chooses to look at our application. This is a horrible outcome for us and we have a few customer conversations already in progress with our workspace accounts. We do not want to pay for the service for the first year ofcourse as it is too expensive for us at the moment and we are not funded yet.

Is there a way to be heard?
