Google for Startups Cloud Program - no response since March 18th

Hello,

We are stuck in the Google for Startups Cloud Program application flow.

After our first application, we were told that our website did not meet all requirements, so we updated it to show the relevant information. After that, support wanted us to re-apply. However, when we tried to do that, the portal immediately showed: “Thank you! We’ve received your application,” and we could not submit anything new. Because of this, we sent the support team an email with our re-application details. But after that no response.

We’ve already emailed the startup support team several times and also contacted our Google Startup Success Manager, but we are no longer receiving any replies. Our last contact was on March 18th (which was our re-application).

Is there anyone who can help? Someone who can escalate? Or has experience with this situation?

As I’ve seen, there are more issues like this – it seems to be a common problem that the support team stops responding.

Thank you.

@Andrew_B you have been mentioned in some previous conversations with the same issue. Is there anything you can do for us ? We would really appreciate it :folded_hands: Feels like you are our last hope

Unfortunately, you’re not the only one facing this issue with the Google for Startups Cloud Program. A few startups have reported that once an application is marked as submitted, the portal does not properly reset for re-application, which leaves applicants stuck in limbo.

Since you already updated the website, emailed support multiple times, and contacted your Startup Success Manager, the best next step may be trying to escalate publicly through official Google startup community channels or tagging Google Cloud startup support on professional networks like LinkedIn or X. Sometimes public visibility gets faster attention than email follow-ups alone.

It may also help to submit a completely new application using a different company email/domain if the portal is permanently locking the original submission state. Not ideal, but some founders have had success that way.

Hopefully someone from the program team notices this thread because going silent after March 18th is far too long for a startup support process.

@David_Warner1 thanks for your response.

As I don’t see it - did you already apply for the program as well?

Still no answer. I just don’t understand it – this isn’t some small company, it’s an official Google team, and there’s absolutely no response at all.

@Andrew_B is there anything that you can do for us ?
