Google for Startups Cloud Program – no response for 10+ days

Hi,

I’ve been waiting over 10 days for a response from the Google for Startups Cloud Program team and haven’t heard back beyond automated acknowledgements.

For context: I applied for Cloud credits and was initially rejected due to a minor website verification issue (domain not resolving with www). I fixed this immediately after discussing it on a call with my account manager. The rejection email asked me to reply once fixed so the application could be reprocessed, which I did, along with opening two support cases, and reapplying with another email from the same domain.

Since then, there’s been no human response or status update, and I’m unsure whether my application is still being reviewed, or if there’s another escalation path.

Google Cloud is core to our product, so an update would really help.

Is there a recommended way to proceed?

Same here. I am facing the exact same delay.

  • Applied: Jan 21

  • Verification Request: Jan 26 (Website issue, fixed immediately)

  • My Reply: Jan 26 (Provided all proofs)

  • Status: 14 days of no response.

My launch is blocked because we are waiting on these credits to scale our Vertex AI usage.

We are trying to switch out start-up from Azure to Google and applied 2 weeks ago and sent a follow-up email to support and have had no response for over 8 days now. How can we confirm what is the gap or status?

I’m unfortunately in the same situation. I applied for the Google for Startups Cloud Program credits and it has been more than 10 days since the initial auto-reply. I addressed the requested issue (website/domain verification) and replied as instructed, but I haven’t received any follow-up or confirmation since then.

I totally understand that reviews can take time, but the lack of any update makes it hard to know whether the application is still being reviewed or if something is missing. Since our startup relies on these credits to keep moving forward, this uncertainty is starting to slow things down.

If anyone has managed to get a response, escalate the case, or found a better way to reach the Startups team, I would really appreciate hearing your experience.

Hii I got this message:

  • We were not able to verify the company website you provided on your application
  • startup is in stealth mode
    Our Company website is functioning well I don’t know why i keep getting this message.

We are encountering the same delays and it is hindering our company activities.

I think there were some verification issues but we believe that have been resolved but we are struggling to get an update.

My issue is kind of Different. I applied to get into the Google for startups program on 5th of February. It is almost a month now and I am yet to get any response. I have written several follow-up emails with case number #00258240. No single reply. Kindly Help. Email: (PII Removed by Staff).
