Free account or Paid account

Hi,

I have been using free account since a couple of years. Suddenly when I made some changes, emails are not coming to my inbox. I thought it is due to free subscription and added a card. But in India - Stripe is not available. I am not sure what is going wrong. The app works all fine. No errors in the “Test” of the Automation Bots to deliver e-mails. Still cant get them into the gmiail inbox. Also how to approach the Customer support just in case I want billing to send stripe activation on my account etc? Or can I still retain a free account?

AppSheet has recently aggressively limited email generation by apps. You’ll need to contact Support for help, but Support is only available to paid customers.

Steve Thanks very much. Exactly!. How can I approach support because from India, directly charging credit-card is not possible as Stripe is also not available in India?
