E-mails not going from my AppSheet apps

I have been working on AppSheet for quite some time. I develop apps for my clients and I have implemented email automation on the app. I mainly use the free version for development and when our client needs the paid version he will go for it. The email feature has been working without any issue for me but today I am unable to send email using AppSheet apps.

Since I have the free version it is supposed to go to the creator of the app, who is myself. But it didn’t go. I also tried making the app deployed for testing. Even then emails are not going. Initially I used to get this error:
Warning: Email failed to be sent. This is due to hitting a rate-limit quota or invalid recipients",
though I haven’t sent any email in the recent past but now I don’t get this message. It just says the email has to go to the creator but the email is not received by my email ID.

Is this issue seen by anyone else? How can I get support to get this fixed.

First, I would check your Monitor Logs and verify the automation is completing successfully!

There are occasions when emails from AppSheet are blocked by spam filters somewhere along the route from AppSheet to it’s intended recipient. A notification to AppSheet support will usually clear that up.

The issue you might face is that AppSheet no longer provides active support for Free accounts. The ticket option is not presented. You will only be able to rely on this Community and hope someone from Google Staff sees your message and can help you out.

Sorry, my bad!
The emails were gone to Spam folder. I was checking in Inbox as usually received there.
