Free account blocked with "Account status: ERROR" on prototype app

Hello AppSheet Team,

My free tier account is completely blocked across all apps with the error: “Unable to fetch app definition. Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed.” This happens even when creating a brand-new app from a single-column blank Google Sheet.

I ran the deployment check on my primary prototype app (PII Removed by Staff) to find the root cause, and it shows “Account status: ERROR” at the bottom, despite having 0 active users on the monitor graph. The app is not deployed.

Since the billing system seems to have erroneously flagged my account profile on the backend, could a staff member please review my account status and manually clear this block?
