Hello,
I believe my prototype account has been blocked because too many users accessed my test app.
I was only testing an application for my company and did not realize the prototype user limit.
Now I cannot create or use any new prototype apps.
Even with:
- a brand new personal Gmail account,
- a brand new Google Sheet,
- Chrome Incognito mode,
every new app immediately shows:
“Unable to fetch app definition.
Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed.”
The app uses only allowed features.
No Bots, no premium features, and it is not deployed.
Could you please review my account and remove the prototype block if possible?
I understand the prototype limitations now and will keep future testing within the allowed limits.
