I’m experiencing a persistent bug with my OAuth verification submission that is preventing me from completing the process.

Scopes: gmail.send (sensitive), gmail.readonly (restricted)
The issue: Every time I submit for verification, the Data Access fields (scope justifications and demo video link) appear correctly in the preview/summary screen before I confirm — but immediately after submission they reset to empty and the submission gets rejected with “Missing the following fields: scope justification, demo video.”
I have attempted this 5+ times using both the shortened youtu.be URL and the full Youtube format. The fields save correctly when I click Save in Data Access and show correctly in the Prepare for Verification summary — but reset to empty the moment I confirm the submission.
