Google cloud console oauth verification for one sensitive scope, gmail.send

I initially had too many verification attempts which they emailed me about (i tried to trigger reverification updating from reverting prod to testing toggle and back to prod). After that, I fixed my branding and it got approved. But since then, it’s been 10+ days with no update on the remaining items (Privacy Policy, App Functionality, Appropriate Data Access, Minimum Scopes) — all still showing “under review.”

I replied to the original Trust & Safety email thread today but haven’t heard back yet. This is completely blocking my product launch.

Has anyone gone through something similar and found a way to get it moving? Or can any Google team member here help escalate this?

That’s the fundamental problem: I never received any email correspondence from Trust and Safety. Checked spam and whitelisted. Nothing ever arrived. Getting to them seems like a dead end now.

I also never received any email from T&S. I have resubmitted several times and each time it knocks it out of the application and says I need to add the apps scopes demo video (which I have every single time), each time I do, it goes into the review verification progress timeline, then about 2 mins later gets kicked out saying I need to submit a demo video! I have several users wanting to get in and this is a super ridiculous bug that Google needs to fix ASAP!
