Our app’s data access verification has been pending for over a month with no further communication from the Trust & Safety team.
Timeline:

Feb 14, 2026 — Submitted for verification

Feb 14, 2026 — Branding verification approved

~Feb 2026 — Received feedback about an OAuth issue, fixed it, and resubmitted the app instead of replying to the email thread

Mar 17, 2026 — Data access still “under review,” no further emails received
Note: After fixing the initial OAuth issue flagged by the T&S team, I resubmitted the verification through the console rather than replying to their email. It’s possible this created a new review queue entry or broke the communication thread. I have not received any follow-up since.
