OAuth Data Access Verification — Under Review for 1+ Month, No Communication

Hi Google team,

Our app’s data access verification has been pending for over a month with no further communication from the Trust & Safety team.

Timeline:

• Feb 14, 2026 — Submitted for verification

• Feb 14, 2026 — Branding verification approved

• ~Feb 2026 — Received feedback about an OAuth issue, fixed it, and resubmitted the app instead of replying to the email thread

• Mar 17, 2026 — Data access still “under review,” no further emails received

Note: After fixing the initial OAuth issue flagged by the T&S team, I resubmitted the verification through the console rather than replying to their email. It’s possible this created a new review queue entry or broke the communication thread. I have not received any follow-up since.

App details:

• App name: DeclutrMail (email cleanup SaaS)

• Scopes: Gmail restricted scopes (gmail.readonly, gmail.modify)

• Privacy policy & ToS: Published and accessible

• Demo video: Uploaded to YouTube, showing full scope usage

We’ve confirmed:

• No emails in spam/junk from the T&S team

• All project owner/editor contact emails are correct

• Branding, homepage, and developer contact info are all verified

This is blocking our production launch. Happy to share the project ID privately or reply to the original email thread if that helps resume the review.

Hello. I am really sorry to hear this.
Did you find any way to speed up this process. Or any way to at least confirm that they received your email?
It has been a few days since I sent the reply email but In google console it is not visible any kind of way that they received it or that they are re-reviewing it.
My project heavily depends on google’s service. So I am just afraid to get suck as well.
If you have any suggestions or found a way to contact them please also share with me. It would greatly help.
