Claude Sonnet 4.5 quota stuck at 0 on all regions - cannot increase

Hi, I’m having an issue with Claude model quotas on Vertex AI.

Models: anthropic-claude-sonnet-4-5 Billing: Active full account (upgraded from free trial) Vertex AI API: Enabled Model Garden: Enabled Regions tried: EU multi-region, US multi-region, Global, us-east5, europe-west1, asia-southeast1

All quotas are at 0 and the allowed range shows “0 to 0”. The error says I do not meet requirements for a quota increase.

I recently upgraded from free trial. Could this be the cause? Is there a manual override?

Open a support ticket (not a quota request)

Quota increase requests will continue to auto-fail. Instead, contact Google Cloud Support:

  • Category: Vertex AI → Generative AI → Model access

  • Include:

    • Project ID

    • Billing account ID

    • Model (anthropic-claude-sonnet-4-5)

    • Use case + expected traffic

This triggers a manual review, which the quota system does not.
