Claude Opus 4.6 quota stuck at 0 on new project - cannot increase

All quotas are at 0 and console shows “you do not meet the requirements for a quota increase.” Account is new created today. Need minimum quota to use Claude Code

Hello @Ray_Enriquez_Leon,

I see that you’re marking some resource as enabled, but is that also the case for the model itself?

If so, do you have zero quota on every region ? Opus 4.6 is deployed on certain regions, see Supported Regions.

Since you’re saying that the account is brand new (as today), requesting access to Opus (first link) may take a little time. Keep an eye on your mail.

I get 429 error when trying to use the model. How can I request
a quota increase without paid support?
