Points are safe: All your points will be accounted for until the Prize Counter opens.
One Window: Logistics for a global program mean a single, better-managed redemption period.
Guaranteed Opening: The Prize Counter is 100% coming later this year.
Faster Fulfillment: New logistical changes are coming to get your swag to you sooner.
Following our recent announcement about the shift to a single Prize Counter window, we’ve heard your questions and want to provide some clear answers. We know how hard you’ve been working, and we want to ensure you feel confident about the path ahead.
Your Progress is Protected
First and foremost:Every point you have earned so far in 2026 is safe. Whether you’ve been tackling challenges since January or just starting your first lab this week, your hard-earned points aren’t going anywhere. They will be fully counted toward the Prize Counter opening at the end of the year. While we are currently refining the new Prize Tier structure to better align with our extended 2026 season, rest assured that your current tally remains the foundation of your journey.
Navigating a Global Community
As you know, the Google Skills Arcade is a global family. Sending swag to learners across every corner of the map is a massive undertaking. To ensure that every hoodie, bag, and gadget reaches you safely—no matter where in the world you are—we have made the strategic decision to move to a single, unified annual opening.
This change allows us to focus our resources on overcoming the logistical and shipping constraints that come with a program of this scale. It’s all about making sure the “win” you earn actually makes it to your door.
The Road Ahead
We want to remove any doubt: The Arcade Prize Counter will absolutely open later in 2026. We are also excited to share that we are implementing new changes to the Prize Counter specifically designed to shorten the wait period to receive your swag after you place your order. By streamlining our backend processes now, we can better handle global shipping constraints and get your rewards into your hands faster than before.
Thank you for your patience and for being the best part of this community. Now, back to the Google Skills Arcade games—those skills aren’t going to build themselves!

Subject: Concern Regarding Unfair Practices in Google Arcade Program
Dear Google Arcade Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am a participant in the Google Arcade program and would like to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding unfair practices that are impacting genuine participants.
It has come to notice that some users are creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage and collect swags, which is clearly against the rules of the program. This misuse not only violates the guidelines but also negatively affects honest participants who are engaging with the program fairly.
As supporting evidence, I kindly request your team to review activity in certain Telegram groups where such practices are being discussed and encouraged. Some of these groups include:
arcadecalc01
googlearcadeplayers
I believe that reviewing these channels will help in identifying patterns of misuse and taking appropriate action.
I respectfully urge the team to investigate this matter and implement stricter checks to ensure fairness and integrity within the program. I will also attach any relevant screenshots or proof, if possible, to assist in your review.
Additionally, I encourage fellow participants to report any such unfair practices so that the program remains fair and beneficial for everyone.
I am awfully new to this and would love some clarifications regarding some points:
How do I check how many Arcade Points I have, I can only see the badge of completion
How do I know which activities contribute to it. ( Arcade | Google Skills ): I have been following this page, is that the correct page?
The accumulated points would grant us the option to choose a few swags based on the points we have? If so, how much Arcade Points is the smallest swag for?
[PS: My fault for starting something so interesting so late]
I haven’t received the 2025 swag yet. I’ve emailed PrintoSe several times but haven’t received a reply. Has anyone had the same experience, or have you already received yours?
That’s a good thing that you have cleared all the doubts
But one more thing is, mine last arcade swags are cancelled it seems
All my friends and me ordered the swags on the same area
All my friends got the swags, and only I didn’t get them
The customer service is also not replying to the mail I sent them
Once kindly look into this matter of order cancellation without prior information or the reason for cancellation
@Yugali please kindly reveal the new swag tier point system by this month (April 2026) so that the arcaders can do their learning plan accordingly. thanks.
People, see how easy it is to get swags in multiple numbers. Don’t ask me how, everything is there on YouTube for you. Don’t hesitate, it could be you next time doing exactly this. And, please remember, there may not be another season after that. So, act quickly while the arcade program lasts.
