Guys its my first arcade and i thought the T-shirt is over and i ordered the available things and after ordering i got to know its a glitch and i only got the novice tire 3 gifts except T-shirt can i able to it even after confirming order or i don’t able to get the T-shirt?

In the order email I have received I have accidentally given another email in place of the one I have used for the arcade so am I no longer eligible for my prize or its ok & not a problm?
@Shuvangini The e-mail address one provides in the form serves as the way to receive confirmation of the order as well as additional communications regarding from Whitesquare. So, I would think it doesn´t necessarily need to be the same one where you received the swag redemption e-mail and link.

Jokes aside—this cohort has actually been a turning point for me, with or without swags.
Today, I officially got onboarded as a Cloud Engineer Intern at $337/month, and this is my first year of B.Tech.
The Arcade played a real role in that journey—through learning, revision, consistency, and the opportunity to guide thousands of participants across communities along the way.
For that, I’m genuinely grateful.

I honestly don’t recall many instances earlier where community concerns were addressed so openly—but from the very start of this phase, doubts were acknowledged, and conversations actually happened. That matters more than it seems.
I also appreciate the broader Google Cloud team—the learning ecosystem, the exposure, and the trust the program still holds among students.
As I mentioned earlier, I won’t be adding more feedback here.

I am writing to urgently report a mistake I made while claiming my goodies from the Google Cloud Arcade Prize Counter.
The Issue:
I successfully placed an order for my swag, but I accidentally entered a different email address in the shipping/contact information than the one I used to participate in the Arcade program (where my points and badges are actually stored).
Status:
I have received the order confirmation email at the incorrect address I provided.
I am worried that my order will be cancelled during the validation phase because the system might not find the required Arcade Points on the email address attached to the order.
Action Taken:
I have already emailed (support@qwiklabs. com) and (arcade-facilitator@google. com) with my Order ID, my correct participation email, and my Public Profile URL to prove I own the points.
Request:
Could a community manager or support representative please advise if there is anything else I need to do to ensure my order is mapped to my correct participation account? I want to avoid disqualification due to this clerical error.
Fortunately ma’am you are coming with your wishes but ma’am I have not received my google cloud July swags. I have mailed delivery partners (printose) them with my order details but they not responding only give ticket no. mail.
