Ever thought, “I wish I had that swag from the other tier too?”
This season, we’ve made some changes to how swags will be distributed across tiers — so everyone gets to enjoy the fun of learning, and no one misses out! Each tier now includes all the swags from the tier below it, plus a few extras to make moving up even more exciting.
Here’s how it works now:
Arcade Novice Tier & Arcade Trooper Tier
Both tiers get the same base swags, but Arcade Trooper players receive an additional reward on top.
Arcade Ranger & Arcade Champion Tier
Champions enjoy all the swags from Ranger Tier plus bonus item exclusive to their tier.
Arcade Legend Tier
Legends score the complete collection from Ranger Tier and Champion Tier, along with exclusive Legend-only reward to celebrate reaching the top.
The new system means higher tiers build on the ones before them. That way, nobody misses out on any swag — and the higher you climb, the more exciting (read: cozier and warmer) your reward get
I feel official certifications hold more value—after all, our focus is on learning, not just collecting goodies. A discount voucher for courses would be even more appreciated and useful.

This Arcade Tier system is amazing! Each level builds on the previous one, offering even more exciting rewards. Novice and Trooper set a strong start, Ranger and Champion take the thrill up a notch, and the Legend tier is the most special, turning the journey into a grand celebration. The design is smart, motivating, and fair, giving every player’s progress a whole new recognition.
@Yugali mam if possible please extend the arcade facilator bonus time. Or introduce 4 more games. Because some of us were busy and for just 1-2 badges unable to get ultimate milestone.
