Automation email feature not working

When testing the auto-send email feature:

In the first test, all email addresses in the list received emails normally.

However, after about 30 minutes to 1 hour, I stopped.

When testing the second test using my personal email, no emails were sent, even though I checked both the inbox and spam carefully.

Note: I am using a paid package, and did not change any configuration

I hope the team will soon fix this situation, I think all users are in the same situation as me

Please contact Support for help with this.

My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. I just read another post (below) and tried automation e-mail in one of my apps and it is now working fine for me.

Could you give it a try and confirm it is also working fine for you?

I tried sending an email list, the first 20-30 emails all received the email, the remaining recipients did not receive the email.

Some apps are sending the email but not all of them

Have the issues resolve?

My issue (Account Blocked) have submit 3 day still yet to resolve..Sad..

Not sure why the support team need to take some much time..
