Is anyone else experiencing issues with AppSheet automations or bots not sending emails today?
All of my existing apps and automations that are configured to send emails suddenly stopped working.
The bots are still enabled, and no configuration has been changed — but no emails are being sent out at all.
It seems like either the AppSheet BOT service or the email delivery system might be down.
Could anyone confirm if this is a known issue or a temporary outage?
I’m having the same issue - but some of my bots are still working while others are not. I don’t see any meaningful difference between them, so not sure what is going on. The automation monitor still shows complete for the ones that aren’t working.
Hi @Diego_Sanchez , could you share the link to get hold of AppSheet Support? I am unable to find any means of contacting AppSheet Support on AppSheet Help center aside from a list of FAQs. Thank you!
I have same issue here. It has been like this for last 12 hours. I never had this kind of email issue for the last 3 years. I am in contact with support now.
Issue:
Email-based notifications from the app are silently failing. No feedback or error trace to users, creating a false sense of successful delivery.
Observed behavior:
The automation process completes with “Result: 2 (Success)” in the Audit Log.
No AppErrors or exceptions are recorded.
However, the recipient never receives the email.
Gmail / Workspace admin mail log shows no trace of delivery.
No bounce, defer, or drop message is recorded in the AppSheet Monitor.
I am having a similar type of issue. Emails are going out but every email has the same error “Something went wrong Please reload this email or try opening the application directly.” The Hyperlink at the bottom still appears but the dynamic email is missing.
Log has no reports of errors and everything looks normal. Application has run fine the past 2 years. About to open a ticket.
