We are also facing the same issue with Appsheet not sending emails through the email automation. This problem is currently blocking our workflows. Could you please respond or advise on the steps to initiate a review and resolve this issue?

We have a support ticket opened with Appsheet and our internal email team.. The internal ticket is to ensure there isn’t some type of email block/spam block in place.
If/when I get clarity, I will update this discussion.
Not sure if this is related, but I came to the forum this morning because emails that have been being delivered without any issue for several months are coming through this morning with fields blank.

As of 30 minutes ago (6:30am PDT), we are still experiencing issues.
I ran several tests this morning across two different apps.
App #1 workflow should send 7 emails.
App #2 workflow should send 5 emails.
In all tests, the audit log correctly shows 7 or 5 emails, depending upon the app.
Test #1: App #1: I received 7 of 7 emails to my work account.
Test #2: App #2: I received 0 of 5 emails to my work account.
Test #3: App #1 (same as Test #1): I received 3 of 7 emails to my work account.
Test #4: App #2 (same as Test #2): I received 1 of 5 emails to my work account.
After reading @Alejandro_PORTO 's note about his problem only being organizational emails, I added my personal Gmail account to my automations for both App #1 and App #2.
Across several tests (perhaps 6), my work (organization) email received between 0 and 3 emails each time. My personal account received all 7 or 5 expected emails each time.
I’ve also opened a ticket to our orgs messaging group.
I have the same problem as Alejandro; no emails are being sent to my company. I opened a ticket with support this morning. Please help us, our workflows are literally broken.
Our infrastructure team indicated that a LOT of messages from appsheet are being flagged as definite spam. They are trying to resolve false positives.
If this is the case with others on this thread, there may be a DNS / DKIM email signature or something. Is email being sent via a new server. I believe appsheet uses Google’s servers but do not know if there is any type of load balancing or other issues that could be causing the sudden flagging of almost all your emails.

@devingu Can you provide an update. We adjusted our spam filtering specifically to allow any Appsheet emails. However, there is a LOT of spam coming across as well. We are taking steps to set our replyto address and come up with a protocol for sender’s name that we can use to better define our spam filters.
A way to configure this across our enterprise would be much better. But, also, ensuring proper email signatures/SMTP server’s would also help.
Any insight into what may have caused the majority of appsheet generated emails to be flagged would help us and others on this thread.
