App blocked stating "App is blocked because an account update is needed." Already purchased the Publisher pro and still having the error!

My app was blocked some days ago, I just purchased the publisher pro plan but is still blocked, I need help solving this.

Hello @Javi_Salazar_Guevara, I can confirm that your account has been unblocked and you can access your application and it will work fine as per your purchased license. Please keep us posted if the issue is resolved.

Hi Shourya,

I’m experiencing the same issue.

I have already migrated my app from MySQL to AppSheet Database.

My Deployment Check passes successfully:

  • Account Status: PASSED
  • Deployment: PASSED
  • Minimal Plan Needed: AppSheet Publisher Pro

My account shows:

  • AppSheet Publisher Pro
  • Payment Status: Active
  • Current Balance: $0
  • Latest Invoice: Paid

However, my app still shows:

“Unable to fetch app definition. Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed.”

Additionally, my account still displays “Your payment has failed — click to fix it!”, even though my payment is active.

Could you please check if my account or license is stuck in an inconsistent billing state?
