Publisher Pro active but app still blocked

Hi,

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

My account has an active Publisher Pro subscription, and my app passes the Deployment Check.

However, the app still displays:

“Unable to fetch app definition. Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed.”

Has anyone found a solution for this?
