Unable to fetch app definition. Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed

Hi, my AppSheet app is blocked and I need help getting it unblocked.

Error message: “Unable to fetch app definition. Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed.”

What I’ve done:

  • I originally had 6 users on the free plan
  • I purchased the Starter plan (4 users) today
  • I removed 2 users so I now have exactly 4 users matching my license count
  • The app is still blocked

I believe the 30-day rolling user window is still counting my old users. Could someone please manually unblock my account?

Hello @Sunfire_Protection, I can confirm that your account has been unblocked as I have applied a workaround for you so that your application functions as per the purchased license. It might take some time to get reflected but keep us posted once the issue gets resolved.
