App Blocked: "ตรวจแปลง-56851887" - User count reduced, please help unblock

Hello AppSheet Support Team,

My app named “ตรวจแปลง-56851887” is currently blocked because it previously exceeded the 10-user limit on the free plan.

However, I have already managed and reduced the number of users. As shown in the attached screenshot, the total unique users has now dropped to 9 users (which is under the limit).

Could you please kindly help manually unblock my app so we can continue using it? I have attached screenshots of the error and the usage graph for your reference.
