Why is my cloud shell suddenly disabled?

I am now not allowed to use cloud shell after using it for months…

I have no access to my code now, I cannot edit any of my code.

I get this error:

Google Cloud Shell has been disabled for your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

The most common reason for this is detection of activity in your account that adversely impacts the Google Cloud Platform Services, other customers’ or their end users’ use of the services, or the Google network or servers used to provide the services. This may include use of the Google Cloud Platform for cryptocurrency mining or for intrusion attempts against a third-party.
If you believe this was in error, you may appeal here.

This is a disastrous problem for me, Please tell me how I can fix this problem and have my shell back.

Hi,

You can only do appeal, according to this line "

If you believe this was in error, you may appeal here." There is no other way to deal with this issue.

Hi Damian, my problem is that I am on free tier, so I cannot create a ticket… Anyway to fix that?

Hi,
I think, that appealing is not related with tier. At least it wasn’t.

I’ve asked Community Admin under the different topic( you’ve posted there also) about options to appeal. If there is no way to appeal with free tier, it must be general path to do that tbh.

私も2日前に同じ画面がでてcloud shellにアクセスできなくなった。

私も https://cloud.google.com/support の有料プランには入っていないので異議申し立てをする手段がなく、どうしたらいいかわからないで困っている。
