Hi Community,
My Google Cloud Shell is disabled due to violation of terms of service. Am the owner of Project and recently we started testing Google Cloud for our organization. We are on basic tier of support which says I have to contact community forum to get a response on my issue. I have checked through the admin mailbox, including the spam folder but could not find any email for appeal process. The billing account is in place and there is no usage at all.
Can someone please advise how we can get this sorted out. I have searched through many forums but there is no response.
Regards
Hello @imtiazhgis ,Welcome on Google Cloud Community.
Unfortunately we are not able to help as much as we want. Basically you should have somewhere info about policy violation. What you could do is create ticket at issue tracker ( but I don’t think so that it will be handled asap

Hi Damian.. First of all, thank you for taking time and replying to me. Much appreciated.
The problem is not about logging a ticket, but if Google wants to increase their customer base in any region / country, these issues like disabling cloud shell can be handled amicably. Unfortunately, I have not found a single location, where the resolution of this problem is mentioned. Not every customer in this world has the same customer care / support levels with them (Basic, Standard, Enhanced or Premium); but this should not be a showstopper.
I hope someone from Google reads this and takes this feedback as an improvement for their customer base rather disabling / stopping service for a customer immediately. This will not take us anywhere.
