What is Fetch table operation in Audit Log

I am seeing a “Fetch table” operation in my Audit log from a new user. What does this mean? I cannot find anything here or in support.

That is AppSheet loading the table data from the data source.

Simply loading the table? or downloading the table? I am sorry I just have not noticed this “Fetch table” before in the Audit logs. Is the user downloading the table or simply interacting with them.
