Team audit logs question

Dear all,
I have questions regarding team audit logs in BigQuery.
From my experience, I noticed a few elements that need clarification. I think a completion in the documentation, such as the explanation of all operation types, would benefit to anyone in charge of platform monitoring.

There are also Change Bot and Schedule Bot. What would be a System Bot ?

How can be an operation unknown? Furthermore, I noticed that on my logs, the fields isPreview and Duration are null, and the field Result is “Success”.

Workflow action
I thought workflow where deprecated 2 years ago, is that a part of a bot?
