Hello Google Cloud Community,
I am seeking urgent assistance with my Google Cloud OAuth Consent Screen verification for my project MedhasAI-Production (Project ID: medhasai-production).
My application’s domain is
The Core Issue:
My ‘Verification Center’ in Google Cloud Console shows the ‘Verification Status’ as ‘Pending developer action’. It specifically flags ‘Homepage requirements’ with a red exclamation mark and states: ‘Your app has not met homepage requirements. Please resolve the following issues: Your home page website is not registered to you. Verify ownership of your home page.’
Actions Taken & Confirmation:
- I have successfully verified ownership of in Google Search Console. The Search Console dashboard confirms is a verified property under my account.
- I have uploaded the Google HTML verification file (
google849191dabef46b2d.html) to thepublicfolder of my React project, built the project, and it is deployed to my live domain. The file is publicly accessible and its content is visible when accessed directly at: `. - The ‘Verification Center’ also instructs me to ‘Reply to your email thread with our Trust and Safety team after you have resolved the issues.’
The Problem with Contacting Trust & Safety:
- My developer contact email listed in the OAuth Consent Screen’s ‘Branding’ section is
- I have thoroughly checked this email address (including spam/junk/promotions folders) and have not received any email from the Google Trust and Safety team regarding this specific issue or the verification process that I can reply to.
- Furthermore, I am unable to file a technical support case directly through the Google Cloud Console due to a ‘You don’t have permission to file tech-related support cases’ error. I understand this is likely due to the project’s current support plan which doesn’t include technical case support.
Request for Assistance:
Given that direct email reply is not possible (no thread found) and I cannot open a technical support case, could a Google Cloud team member or experienced community member please advise on:
- How I can manually push the verification forward and signal to the Trust and Safety team that the homepage ownership issue has been resolved?
- Are there any alternative contact methods for the Trust and Safety team for this specific issue?
The current ‘Pending developer action’ status is preventing my app from progressing to public use, and thus, preventing real users from logging in via Google.
Thank you for your time and assistance."
